“ This is a heritage restaurant with a few heritage dishes.Famous for their continental dishes and serving since 1956..Had ordered Surf n Turf beef steak,,You can for Rear to medium done if you are looking for your steak to be juicey but if you are looking for it to be tight then go for well done.Chicken chipolata is quite alright..Must try is Al a Kiev .A definite must try restaurant if you are in Kolkata.Rates are also pretty reasonable compared to a lot of other restaurants. ”

“ Being the oldest heritage go to resto place in kolkata, Mocambo is still outstanding at its place by the dishes they are serving till today. They have a variety of heritage dishes of which I tried the Ala kiev and the other items too out of their prawnscrab menu, followed by their sizzlers items. Their menu is also quite pocket friendly compared to the competition in the market. The ambience is also quite mesmerising with dark old age vibe. A must try place for the people visiting the park street area!!! ”
“ One of the most famous restaurants in Kolkata.... Lots of choices in food and. The price is affordable according to the portion and quality. Their musttries are Devilled Crab, Chicken Sizzler Steak and Chicken A La Kiev. Many may not find these dishes much tasty as these dishes are overhyped. Pork cutlet is really delicious. Dont order Chicken A La Kiev individually as it is filled with butter its quite heavy. 2 cab share it easily. The Pork Cutlet too can be shared. For dessert the Baked Alaska is good. I would recommend that you order only 1 plate of several iconic dishes and share as you wont be able experience other dishes if u order individually. Make sure to reach by 730 or you may need to get in line. The staff was really polite and friendly. Overall it costed us about 4.8k but we3 persons did order a lot. WE ORDERED 7 DISHES AND 34 DRINKS so yeah its affordable keeping in mind its a famous restaurant in Park Street ”
